HMSHost Recognized as Best Overall Food & Beverage Operator by Airport Revenue News for Seventh Consecutive Year

BETHESDA, MD—At the prestigious Airport Revenue News (ARN) awards ceremony, attended by the leaders of the airport and concessionaire industries, global restaurateur HMSHost celebrated the highest industry recognition in several Large Food Operator categories for 2014. As part of the annual ARN Revenue Conference & Exhibition in Orlando, HMSHost was awarded Best Overall Food & Beverage Operator for the seventh consecutive year; as well as Food Operator with Highest Regard for Customer Service; Best Food & Beverage Brand Operator for Starbucks; and Best New Food & Beverage Concept for two of its restaurant concepts, Border Grill, located at Los Angeles International Airport, and Starbucks Evenings, located at Los Angeles International Airport and Washington Dulles International Airport.

In response to these great honors bestowed on the company, HMSHost President and CEO Tom Fricke expressed gratitude to airport partners and to the tens of thousands of company associates whose efforts and dedication made this recognition possible.

The ARN show features the largest gathering of airport decision makers and concession executives at any conference throughout the year. Many of HMSHost’s partner airports were also honored for their concessions programs, including Chicago O’Hare International Airport, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Dallas Love Field, Los Angeles International Airport, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, Nashville International Airport and San Diego International Airport.
