HMSHost Greets Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport Travelers with New Starbucks

Travelers in pre-security baggage claim area gain convenient access to popular offering

BIRMINGHAM, AL — Global restaurateur HMSHost and Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport celebrated the grand opening of a new Starbucks® store in the baggage claim area of the airport. This opening marks the third Starbucks® location in the airport and gives travelers and airport visitors convenient pre-security access to the nation’s leading coffeehouse experience. Travelers and guests celebrated with samples of signature Starbucks sandwiches, pastries, and Starbucks® caramel lattes.

In addition to this new Starbucks® store on the pre-security baggage claim level, HMSHost also operates Starbucks® stores on Concourse A and in the Concourse B/C food court in Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport. HMSHost also operates Jim N’ Nicks Bar-B-Q, The Local @ BHM, and the handcrafted burger concept Grounded in Birmingham, among other dining locations.
