Airport Travelers Encouraged to Share Notes of Kindness

HMSHost empowers travelers to spread notes of kindness at airports across North America

BETHESDA, Md. (February 6, 2020) – Share some kindness with a fellow traveler. That’s the message global restaurateur HMSHost is out to spread this month as part of its Share Your Love: Notes of Kindness campaign.

A simple message or act of kindness can unexpectedly help lift anyone’s day. All month long, travelers who purchase the newly debuted Chandon Rosé at participating HMSHost airport restaurants and bars will also receive a special treat from their server, a Note of Kindness.

Each Note of Kindness includes a message that provides travelers an unexpected, feel good moment in their journey. These notes range from simple, positive messages to words of encouragement such as, “Psst – You Got This,” to “You’re Amazing, Have a Great Trip!”

To further surprise and delight travelers, there are 500 Golden Notes hidden within the many Notes of Kindness provided by their servers. Lucky guests that receive a Golden Note also get a $10 HMSHost gift card in addition to a kind message.

Notes of Kindness Airport Events
Taking kindness to the next level, HMSHost will also hold events at select airports across North America. During the events, travelers can receive a random Note of Kindness from a large, mailbox-themed display. Here, travelers can write their own positive message to leave and drop in the mailbox for another traveler to pick-up. To pay it forward with positive messages, travelers can also write their own Note of Kindness and drop it in the mailbox for another traveler to pick-up. Travelers that participate in the airport events receive a sweet treat of a complimentary chocolate bar and a 15 percent discount at participating HMSHost restaurants.
