The following items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged:

Newspapers, magazines, personal protective equipment (PPE), SIM cards, phone cards, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, earrings, headphones, consumables, items that expired after the date of purchase, bespoke or special-order items, personalized items, or items altered/adjusted after the original sale.

Except as otherwise required by law, all other items, including electronics may be returned within 60-days of purchase when returned with sales receipt in a new, unused, unopened, and saleable condition.

Defective items may be returned for a refund or exchanged for the same item within 60-days of purchase when returned with a sales receipt in original packaging. For select electronics from Apple, Beats, Bose, and Brookstone, if defective, they will be reviewed with the manufacturer for replacement.

Returns may be made to the store where the item was purchased.
