Lunch and dinner menu selections showcase classic American fare with local ingredients and favorite island recipes such as the signature Cabo Wabo Ceviche, Beach Salad, Ahi Tuna Burger and Crispy Pescado Mahi Mahi, the island version of fish and chips. Equally as appealing are Sammy’s Cocktail Hall of Fame drinks. Travel to paradise with the Maui Sunrise or try Hawaii’s version of a Bloody Mary with Sammy’s Wake Up “Screaming,” a mixture of Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, chipotle pineapple syrup, fresh pineapple juice and shaken with Sammy’s Red Head Rum.
