PZA serves personally crafted pizzas—the dough balled and stretched right before guests’ eyes, and rising with bubbled-crust edges. Signature pies include the Buffalo Pizza Chicken, with roasted chicken, fontina, blue cheese and celery; and the Bronx, with fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, and parmesan.
Meat lovers can opt for PZA’s twist on traditional meatballs. The popular stars in a rapidly expanding comfort food trend, these meatballs are served in a 6-inch and 12-inch sub and loaded with the freshest ingredients.
At select PZA locations travelers can enjoy breakfast options with a lively smattering of PZA zest including the A.M. Pizzetta, a montage of baked egg and bacon smothered in pecorino cheese.
